Virtutix IT — Premier Analytics and Tech Partner

Privacy Policy

Last updated 15 September 2026

This Privacy Policy explains what information Virtutix IT collects through this platform, why, and how you can control it.

1. Information We Collect

Account details you provide (name, business name, email, phone, billing address, GSTIN where applicable), the requirements and preferences you share when requesting a service or quote, and payment metadata (amount, currency, method, and a reference — we don't store your card or bank details ourselves). If you sign in through Google, Microsoft, or Zoho Mail, we receive the basic profile details that provider shares (name and email) rather than any password.

2. How We Use Information

To create and run your account, deliver the services you order or request a quote for, calculate correct pricing and tax for your country, generate invoices and quotations, respond to support requests, and improve the platform. If you've told us your industry, we also use it to show you AI-assisted variations of our own service and package descriptions written for that industry — this tailors which of our pre-written descriptions you see, not anything generated from your own personal data. We don't use your information for anything beyond running and improving Virtutix IT.

3. Cookies & Local Storage

The platform uses your browser's local storage to remember practical things — your theme preference, cart contents, an applied coupon, and your session — so the experience persists between visits on the same device. This data stays on your device; it isn't a third-party advertising tracker.

4. Data Sharing

We don't sell your information. It's shared only with the Virtutix IT team members who need it to deliver your service (e.g. Sales, Delivery, Recruitment, depending on what you've ordered), and with payment or sign-in providers strictly to process a transaction or authenticate you.

5. Data Security

We apply reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information appropriate to how it's currently stored and processed. No online platform can guarantee absolute security, but we take reasonable steps to reduce that risk and will let you know if something affecting your data needs your attention.

6. Your Rights

You can access or correct your personal information at any time directly through your Profile settings, or by contacting support@virtutix.com. You can also deactivate or permanently delete your own account yourself, from Profile > Danger zone — see 'Account Deactivation & Deletion' below for exactly how each works. We'll respond to any other request within a reasonable time.

7. Account Deactivation & Deletion

Deactivating your account (Profile > Danger zone) pauses it indefinitely — you won't be able to sign in until you reactivate, but every field in your profile and everything else in your account stays exactly as it is, for as long as you like, with no automatic timer or data loss. Deleting your account starts a 30-day grace period during which your account and its data stay fully untouched and fully restorable — signing back in during that window and choosing Restore cancels the deletion completely and reverses it with nothing lost. Once the 30-day window closes, we permanently and automatically erase your personally-identifying details — name, contact information, address, tax IDs, logos, and photos — from our systems, through a scheduled, unattended process rather than a manual step someone has to remember to run. Records we're legally required to keep for a defined period (for tax or invoicing purposes, for example) are retained only as long as the law requires, with your personal details stripped from them first. We may also keep a minimal, anonymized record of past business activity — for instance, that a now-anonymous client purchased a given service for a given amount on a given date — for our own internal review and audit purposes; this record can no longer identify who you were.

8. Third-Party Sign-In

Google, Microsoft, and Zoho Mail sign-in are offered as a convenience so you don't need a separate password for this platform. We only ever request the minimum profile information (name and email) needed to identify your account.

9. Children's Privacy

This platform is intended for business use and isn't directed at children. We don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

10. Changes to this Policy

As with the Terms & Conditions, this Policy is updated whenever the platform changes in a way that affects what data we collect or how we use it — a new sign-in option or a new feature that stores something new, for instance. The date at the top always reflects the latest revision.
