Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the Virtutix IT platform — Order Now, Commercial, and Solutions — and every purchase or engagement made through it.

1. 1.By creating an account, browsing the service catalogue, requesting a quote, or making a purchase on this platform, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
2. 2.If you don't agree, please don't use the platform.
3. 3.These terms apply to every part of the platform — Order Now (direct checkout on a Service or Package), Commercial (Request Quote), and Solutions (demo requests).
4. 4.Virtutix IT provides technology, digital transformation, AI, analytics, design, staffing, marketing and related business services, purchased either as a fixed-price Order Now checkout, a negotiated Commercial quote, or requested as a demo of a partner product.
5. 5.Order Now purchases are instant and self-service; Commercial engagements are scoped, quoted, and (where required) formalized in a separate Agreement before work begins.
6. 6.You must provide accurate registration details and keep them current.
7. 7.You're responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your login credentials confidential.
8. 8.If your organization invites teammates, the Organization Admin is responsible for the access level granted to each member.
9. 9.Prices shown are in the currency set for your country and are exclusive of tax unless stated otherwise; applicable tax is calculated and shown before you pay.
10. 10.Coupon codes and limited-time discounts are subject to their own stated terms (eligibility, one-time use, and that they cannot be combined with another active offer on the same item) and may be withdrawn or changed at any time before you complete a purchase.
11. 11.A Commercial quote's pricing is only valid until the date stated on that quote.
12. 12.Refer & Earn lets an existing client refer a friend to Virtutix IT.
13. 13.To send a referral, you must be logged in, have a completed profile, and have made at least one purchase on your account.
14. 14.A client can only send one referral code to the same friend, matched by their email or phone number, regardless of whether an earlier code to that person is still pending, already expired, or already redeemed.
15. 15.Once referred, the friend receives a single-use code worth 20% off on applicable Services and Packages on their first Order purchase (a 5% referral bonus combined with the standing 15% first-order Welcome offer, when joined by using the referral code only).
16. 16.That code must be redeemed within 7 days of being sent; an unredeemed code automatically expires 7 × 24 hours after it's created and can no longer be used.
17. 17.The referring client then receives their own single-use code worth "15% off" on applicable Services and Packages on any purchase.
18. 18.That reward code unlocks only once the friend has actually completed a purchase with their code (not merely claimed it), that purchase has not been cancelled, and 24 hours have passed since the purchase with no cancellation in that window; a cancelled purchase permanently prevents that reward code from ever unlocking.
19. 19.Both codes are Order Now-only, cannot be combined with another coupon or an active limited-time Ad discount on the same item, and are void if either party is an internal Virtutix team member, if a client attempts to refer themselves using any email or phone number they're known to own, if the referral is a member already on the referring client's own Virtutix IT team, if both parties share the same company email domain, or if the friend's code is redeemed under the same GSTIN or CIN already on file for the referring client's own account.
20. 20.Virtutix IT may withdraw or change this program at any time; codes already issued remain valid under these terms.
21. 21.Once an order or quote is confirmed and any required payment or Agreement is complete, you'll be asked to complete onboarding with the details our team needs to start work.
22. 22.Delivery timelines are estimates communicated per service or per quote, not a guaranteed fixed date unless explicitly agreed in a Commercial Agreement.
23. 23.You agree to provide accurate requirements, respond to reasonable requests for information needed to deliver the service, and use the platform only for lawful business purposes.
24. 24.You won't attempt to interfere with the platform's operation or misuse another user's account or data.
25. 25.Deliverables produced for you remain Virtutix IT's property until paid in full, after which ownership of the agreed deliverables transfers to you — excluding third-party licenses, open-source components, and Virtutix IT's own pre-existing tools and frameworks used to build them.
26. 26.The Virtutix IT name, logo, and platform itself remain Virtutix IT's property throughout.
27. 27.An Order Now purchase can be cancelled before work has started by contacting support; once delivery has begun, cancellation is handled case by case based on work completed.
28. 28.A Commercial engagement's cancellation terms are set by its Agreement where one exists, or otherwise follow the same case-by-case principle.
29. 29.You can deactivate or delete your own account at any time from Profile > Danger zone — see our Privacy Policy for exactly how each works and what happens to your data.
30. 30.Deactivating or deleting your account doesn't cancel or affect any Order, Commercial engagement, Agreement, or Invoice already in progress at the time; those continue under these Terms and any Agreement already signed, and outstanding payment obligations aren't waived by deactivating or deleting your account.
31. 31.We may also suspend or terminate an account for a genuine breach of these Terms — fraud, abuse of the referral or coupon system, or non-payment, for example — with notice where reasonably possible.
32. 32.To the extent permitted by law, Virtutix IT's total liability arising from your use of the platform is limited to the amount you actually paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim, and Virtutix IT is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
33. 33.We revise these Terms as the platform's features change — a new payment method, a new sign-in option, or a new part of the product can all mean an update here.
34. 34.The date at the top of this page always reflects the latest revision; continued use of the platform after a change means you accept the update.
35. 35.These Terms are governed by the laws of India, with courts at your registered billing jurisdiction (or Visakhapatnam, Andhra Pradesh, where none is specified) having exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.
